To prevent the drop of the water flowing down from between a holder and cover member in an engine room, eliminate the generation of rust and also obstruct the trouble generation by the drop of the water.
This structure is composed of a holder 2 installed slantingly on the front side of a car body main body 15, a shaft 1 supported to the bearing part 3 of the holder 2 rotatably, a cover member 23 penetrated by the shaft 1, arranged on the upper side of the holder 2 and installed on the car body main body and a wiper arm 21 provided on the upper part of the shaft 1. A dam part 34 projecting to the upperside is provided on the outer periphery of at least lower part of the bearing part 3 of the holder 2 and the opening 35 is provided on the frontside of the dam part 34 and the flow out hole 38 facing to the opening 35 and communicating to the opening 35 is provided on the cover member 23.
