Title:
BUS BAR ASSEMBLING STRUCTURE AND BATTERY MODULE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2017212077
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bus bar assembling structure which can prevent loosening of male and female screws due to axial force reduction, and electrical imperfect contact between the bus bar and electrode terminal, even if burrs exist in the bus bar, and to provide a battery module.SOLUTION: A bus bar assembling structure 21 is constituted by assembling a tabular bus bar 8 into an electrode terminal 7. At one side opening edge of an insertion hole 24a in the bus bar 8, burrs 28 are provided, and at one side opening edge of a screw 23a in a nut 23, a taper 23b having a maximum diameter R1 larger than the bore R2 of the insertion hole 24a is provided. A flat plate part 24 of the bus bar 8 is clamped by means of the bolt 22 and nut 23, in a state where the burrs 28 are positioned in a space S formed by the taper 23b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
