To provide a structure with a dumping device, which can reduce the number of connection members like brackets that connect 2 rod-like members with each other.SOLUTION: A structure has a dumping device 10 arranged in the inner side of a rectangular frame 8 which is formed with rod-like members 1 to 4 having corner parts A to D. The dumping device consists of: a core member 11 which is connected to the rectangular frame with its longitudinal direction being in the diagonal direction of the rectangular frame; a restraining member 12, which contains a space through which the core member is inserted, and surrounds the outer periphery of the core member; and a filler which fills the space around the core member to, together with the restraining member, restrict the core member from deforming in the direction angled against its longitudinal direction. Among the corners A to D, connection members including L-shaped bent components are arranged at the corners A, D which are on the longitudinal direction of the core member and at the corner C. These connection members are fixed with connection pieces to the 2 rod-like members which form the corner parts A, C and D, while, at the corner part B, no connection member is fixed with connection pieces to the 2 rod-like members which form the corner part B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
