Abstract:
To provide a structure having a narrow band thermal emission spectrum in a required wavelength band.SOLUTION: A structure 101 includes: at least one dielectric layer 102a to 102c; and at least one semiconductor layer 103a to 103c. In a 2 to 10 μm wavelength band, an electromagnetic wave 106 having a spectrum with an emissivity of 0.8 or more and a full width at half maximum of 20 nm or less is emitted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
