A structure of a wrench and a jockey operation bar is configured as follows. The wench is configured by pressing an end of a wrench handle 3 of one side of the wrench 1 to form a flat plate-like pressuring plate body 4, penetrating a fixed hole 5 on an upper face of the pressuring plate body, and connecting a connection pin 10 divided as a head part, a square pin part, and a rivet part into a fixed hole with respect to the wrench 1 configured by bending one side of a ring bar and composing a wrench head 2 by hot forging the end thereof. The jockey operation bar is equipped with a head insertion hole for inserting the head part of the connection pin fixed on a connection plate body, a square pin connection hole for inserting the square pin part of the connection pin 10, and a connection passage for connecting the head insertion hole and the square pin connection hole.
