Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strut mount capable of greatly reducing weight, while decreasing assembling cost.
SOLUTION: An upper bracket member 4 and a lower bracket member 3 are structured by aluminum alloy, so that weight can be greatly reduced as compared with a conventional one structured by iron. A bound bumper holding member 3f is integrally formed with the lower bracket member 3, so that joining work (such as caulking and welding) is not needed to simplify the assembling process. Therefore, assembling cost can be decreased.
