PURPOSE: To reduce the offset and the inclination angle of the king pin, by pivoting a strut at the intermediate portion of a suspension lower arm coupled with a knuckle while providing a member slidable on the strut on said knuckle.

CONSTITUTION: The inner end of the suspension lower arm 2 is fixed rotatably to the chassis 1 around the center of rotation or the fixing hole 3 while the outer end of the suspension lower arm 2 is ball jointed to the lower section of the knuckle 5. The upper section of the piston rod 6a of the strut 6 is fixed through the upper mount 7 to the chassis 1, while the lower section of the strut 6 is pivoted to the pivot section 2a at the intermediate section of the suspension lower arm 2. Furthermore a member for sliding up and down on the cylinder 6b is fitted over the outer circumference of the cylinder 6b of the strut 6 where the sliding member 8 is ball jointed through the extension to the upper section of the knuckle 5.
