To provide a stud bolt and a structure having the same, easy in installation, and capable of easily adjusting a position of the stud bolt even when an installation position to an installation object member is dislocated.

The stud bolt 10 is arranged in the installation object member 3 via a hole 3c arranged in the installation object member 3. The stud bolt 10 includes a bolt member 1 having a head part 1a larger than the hole 3c and having a shaft part 1b inserted into the hole 3c, and a clip 2 fitted to a shaft part of this bolt member 1. The clip 2 is formed with an outer edge side second part 2b so as to rise from an inner edge side first part 2a, and the inner edge of the first part 2a is diametrically contracted and locked on a crest of a screw part 1e by crushing the second part 2b to the head part side of the bolt member 1 in a state of allowing the first part 2a to abut on a step height part of the bolt member 1 or the installation object member 3 by inserting the shaft part 1b into the hole of the first part 2a. The stud bolt 10 is fixed to the installation object member 3.
