Abstract:
To provide a stylus bar with a stress impedance element which is extremely small in a size, and can detect weak contact pressure, and a stylus sensor.SOLUTION: There are provided: a stylus bar 1 with a stress impedance element in which four pieces of stress impedance sensor elements in each of which an amorphous magnetostriction wire is arranged on a flexible baseboard are symmetrically pasted to a periphery of a contact-pressure detection circular columnar core bar 12 by four times; an electrode circuit for carrying a high-frequency current having frequencies of 50 to 500 MHz, or a pulse current to the amorphous magnetostriction wire; and a data processing circuit. Four measurement values (σx1, σx2, σy1 and σy2) measured by the electronic circuit are calculated and processed by the data processing circuit, and contact pressure P (formula 1) and bending stress σx in an X-axis direction and bending stress σy in a Y-axis direction (formula 2) are simultaneously measured.
