Abstract:

PURPOSE:To obtain a styrene resin composition having permanently antistatic properties and excellent mechanical properties and surface gloss and desirably used as a molding material for various components. CONSTITUTION:The title composition is prepared by adding 0.01-10 pts.wt. electrolyte and 0.001-0.8 pt.wt. polydimethyl-siloxane to 100 pts.wt. resin component comprising a mixture of 30-97wt.% carboxylated rubber-modified polystyrene with 3-30wt.% polyamideimide elastomer and 0-40wt.% styrene/(meth)acrylic ester copolymer.
