Abstract:
To select a product/step that should undergo internal production or outsourcing to achieve the accomplishment of a training plan corresponding to a skill level of an operator, for example, in a factory for producing a small amount of products of various types, or the like.SOLUTION: In an outsourcing plan system including an operation part, and a storage part, the storage part holds production plan information, work man-hour information, operator skill information, and work adaption information showing a work skill level of an operator suitable for work of each step of each product, and the operation part generates a plurality of internal production/outsourcing candidates including information showing steps and an amount of a product to undergo internal production and steps and an amount of a product to undergo outsourcing on the basis of the production plan information, and calculates a skill adaptation degree showing the degree of adaptation between a work skill of operators suitable for the steps, the man-hour and work of each step of the product to undergo internal production, and the number of persons in each work skill of operators on the basis of each internal production/outsourcing candidate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
