PURPOSE: To eliminate complicated mechanism for adjustment of floor height and to effectuate sound insulation by a method wherein disk-like elastic support base members produced of a polymer material are attached to the underside of floor panels, and unevenness, if not extending to a great degree, can be absorbed by self-deformation of the support base members.
CONSTITUTION: A double floor-like structure is formed of floor panels 12 and support legs, and floor finishing materials such as floorings, carpets, vinyl sheets, tatami mats or the like are laid on the floor panels 12. As the support leg, an elastic support base member 15, is made up in a disk-like shape of a polymer material. The support base member 15 is put on the subfloor surface, being attached to the floor panel 12 on one side of the adjoining floor panels 12, and the floor panel 12 on the other side of the adjoining floor panels is placed on the exposed part of the elastic support base member 15. A compound panel in slipped-off lamination, made up beforehand by laminating two woody boards 12-1 and 12-2 into a united body with slipping-off made in the breadthwise direction, is used. The compound panels are laid successively, being butted against one another, in a construction site and thereby grouped floor panels 12 are constructed.
