Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subject information acquisition device which acquires a two-dimensional sound pressure distribution at a high sampling rate when receiving an acoustic signal using a Fabry-Perot type probe.SOLUTION: A subject information acquisition device includes: a Fabry-Perot type interferometer 105 on which an elastic wave from a subject is incident; an array light source 106 which includes a plurality of light emitting elements capable of controlling the wavelength of pulse light to be emitted; a control part 108 which controls the array light source 106; a photodiode 109 which detects reflection light obtained by reflecting the pulse light emitted from the array light source 106 by the Fabry-Perot type interferometer 105; and a processing part 110 which obtains intensity of the elastic wave by using reflection light intensity detected by the photodiode 109 to generate subject information indicating characteristics of the subject on the basis of the intensity of the elastic wave. The control part 108 makes the plurality of light emitting elements sequentially irradiate the Fabry-Perot type interferometer 105 with the pulse light at time intervals. The processing part 110 obtains time division data of the reflection light intensity on the basis of the time intervals.
