Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a subject chaser for cam coder for automatically controlling the photographic direction of cam coder according to the moving state of object so that the cam coder can automatically chase and photograph the subject. CONSTITUTION: The subject chaser for cam coder is provided with a holder for holding the cam coder so as to freely rotate it from side to side, motor 180 for supplying motive force so that the holder can rotate the cam coder from side to side, motor driving parts 170 and 171 for driving the motor 180, a pair of photosensitive elements at least installed on the front face of cam coder for detecting the lateral movement of subject, and comparing means 160 and 161 for controlling the motor driving parts according to a change in the output signals of photosensitive elements. The subject under moving can be continuously chased and the subject is prevented from getting eccentric on one side of photographed picture.
