Abstract:

To provide a sublimable thermal transfer recording medium in which an antistatic layer arranged in a part does not peel during printing and thermal transfer recording is carried out without generating printing defect caused by static electricity generated during printing.

The sublimable thermal transfer recording medium is constituted such that a heat-resistant resin layer is arranged at least on one face of a base material sheet and a plurality of sublimable thermal transfer dye layers with different colors are at least plane-sequentially arranged via an antistatic layer on the other face. The antistatic layer is constituted of an antistatic constituent material at least comprising polyester resin, polyethylenedioxythiophene, sublimable dye, water dispersion polyisocyanate.
