To express an extremely fine design on a towel cloth by perform sublimation printing on a flat part formed on a part of the surface of the towel cloth where polyester filaments are exposed.

A towel cloth is constructed in such a manner that polyester filament yarns are 100 percent exposed on a flat part of a surface of the towel cloth, and cotton yarns are 100 percent exposed on the reveres side. Sublimation printing is performed on the flat part which is formed 100 percent of polyester filaments. Further, on the reverse side of the above printing, the cotton yarns are in contact with a printing table in such a manner that the towel cloth is protected against floating up from the printing table when a transfer paper is peeled from the towel cloth.
