Title:
SUBMERGED CLEANING SUCTION PAD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3221716
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable not only cleaning in water but also the cleaning on a wall surface due to sucking action by providing a rotary body provided with a ring and the rotary brush attached to the outer periphery of the ring and composed of a flexible body provided with a scraping and grinding member having a water passage in the direction opposite to a water supply direction.
CONSTITUTION: A disc 2 as a rotary body provided with a ring 3 and the rotary brush 4 attached to the outer periphery of the ring 3 in a skirt like state and composed of a flexible body provided with a scraping and grinding member having a water passage in the direction opposite to a water supply direction are provided. When water is sucked from the end part 1 of a water suction pipe, the interior of the rotary brush 4 becomes negative pressure because of the inflow resistance of the scraping and grinding parts such as bristles of the rotary brush 4 and pressing force is generated in the rotary brush 4. Fur or dirt is removed by this pressing force and the rotation of the rotary brush 4 to be sucked out along with water. Further, by the action as a suction pad due to negative pressure, the cleaning of a vertical or overhung wall surface becomes possible. When the ring 3 is brought into contact with a wall by inclining the ring 2, this suction pad can run by reaction force.
