Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize a submerged combustion type vaporization device.SOLUTION: A submerged combustion type vaporization device 1 includes a heat exchanger 12, a burner 2, a downcomer 13 and a sparge pipe 15. The downcomer includes a vertical pipe 131 which allows the burner constituted so as to blow off a flame downward to be attached to an upper end thereof and is constituted so as to be vertically extended toward a bottom of a water tank from an attachment portion of the burner and a horizontal pipe 132 which is connected to a lower part of the vertical pipe and is constituted so as to be extended horizontally within the water tank. The downcomer is constituted such that the flame blown off from the burner upon an operation at a rated combustion amount is extended from a vertical combustion region 131a divided within the vertical pipe to a horizontal combustion region 132a divided within the horizontal pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
