To provide a submerged condition detection power window device, wherein submerged condition detection circuit 5 and a drive circuit operating at the time of submerged condition detection 9, and a motor 1 is automatically driven by operations of the circuits 5, 9 to thereby open a window surely.
This device comprises a driving circuit 8 operating at the time of submerged condition detection and a submerged condition detection circuit 5 including a motor 1, motor driving parts 2U, 2D, a switch control part 3, a window opening/closing switch 6D, a control part 4 and a submerged condition detection sensor 51. At the time of non-operation of the circuit 5, the control part 4 puts ON a corresponding control switch through operation of a window opening/closing switch 6D. Then through the switch a control voltage is supplied to the motor drive parts 2U, 2D to thereby open/close a window through the motor 1 driven. Upon operation of the circuit 5 in which the sensor 51 detects a submerged condition, switch ON of the control switch is made ineffective, then the control voltage is supplied to the motor drive part 2D via the circuit 8, and the window is opened by the motor 1 driven.
