Abstract:
To provide a submerged pump capable of suppressing the corrosion of not only a rotary shaft, but also an impeller.SOLUTION: A submerged pump 100 is equipped with a metallic rotary shaft 2 driven to rotate; a metallic impeller 7 attached to one end of the rotary shaft 2 while being electrically connected to the rotary shaft 2; a pump chamber 3 in which the impeller 7 is disposed; a sacrificial electrode 8 which is entirely stored in the inside of the rotary shaft 2 while being electrically connected to the rotary shaft 2, and is formed by a metallic material that is baser than the rotary shaft 2 and the impeller 7; and an introduction passage 9a which communicates the sacrificial electrode 8 and the pump chamber 3 to introduce water in the pump chamber 3 to the sacrificial electrode 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
