Abstract:
A base station central unit, CU, receives, from a wireless device via a base station distributed unit, DU, a radio resource control, RRC, request message associated with a small data transmission, SDT, procedure of the wireless device. The base station CU receives, from the base station DU, assistance information indicating whether a subsequent SDT is expected for the SDT procedure. The base station CU transmits, to the wireless device and after a SDT of the SDT procedure, an RRC release message.
