Abstract:
To provide a substance evaluation device, a substance evaluation method, and a correlation diagram that can determine a first temperature value at which particles having a particle diameter within a predetermined range are generated from a substance.SOLUTION: A substance evaluation device 100 comprises: a measuring device 10; a particle measuring device 20; a communication unit 30; and a control unit 40. The communication unit 30 communicates the measuring device 10 with the particle measuring device 20. The control unit 40 controls the measuring device 10 and the particle measuring device 20. The measuring device 10 includes a heating unit 11 that heats a substance to cause a particle group to be generated from the substance, and a temperature detection unit 14 that detects the temperature value of the substance. The particle measuring device 20 has a particle detection unit 21 that detects particles having a particle diameter within a predetermined range. The control unit 40 has a first determination unit 44 that determines a first temperature value on the basis of the temperature value and a result of detection performed by the particle detection unit 21. The first temperature value is a temperature value at which the particles having a particle diameter within a predetermined range are generated from the substance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
