PURPOSE: A substance for inducing the production of an antibody obtained by entrapping a conjugate of a substance selected from an amino acid, peptide or a glycoside thereof with a higher fatty acid in lipsome easily without using a high-molecular weight peptide.

CONSTITUTION: A substance for inducing the production of an antibody obtained by reacting a substance selected from an amino acid, peptide or a glycoside thereof with an acid anhydride of a higher fatty acid under alkaline conditions to give an amide conjugate, adding the above-mentioned amide conjugate to a mixture of sphingomyelin with cholesterol and dicetylphosphoric acid, adding a chloroformmethanol mixture solution thereto to dissolve the amide conjugate, evaporating the resultant solution to dryness, adding a mixture solution of phosphoric acid buffer solution with saline solution to the resultant solid to mix both well, centrifuging the mixture to collect precipitates, adding methylated albumin thereto, incubating the mixture fully to collect precipitates, adding a mixture solution of phosphoric acid buffer solution with saline solution to give a liposome suspension.
