USE: Medicine effective for proceeding of a condition that glutamate inhibition is desired.
PROCESS: A compound of formula II is hydrolyzed, or bromine and alkali metal thiocyanate are reacted with a compound of formula III, and then converted into an acid addition salt, to obtain the compound of formula I or the acid addition salt of the same.
