The -substituted acrylate derivative is represented by formula (I) (in the formula, R1 represents a hydrogen atom, a 1-5C alkyl group or a 1-5C fluorinated alkyl group, R2 and R3 each independently represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group or they may combine together to represent an alkylene group; Y represents an alkylene group wherein an optional position may be substituted with an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom; and n, m each represents an integer and n+m1).
