NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I [X is dimethylamino, piperidino, 1-pyrrolidinyl, etc.; Y is formula II (R1 is H or lower alkyl; l is 2-8), formula III (R2 is R1 or OH; m is 0-2; n is 2-5), etc.; Z is formula IV (R4 is H or acetyl), formula V (R5 is R1), formual VI, etc.] and salts thereof.
EXAMPLE: 4-[N-[3-[3-(Piperidinomethyl)phenoxy]propyl]carbamoyl]butyl 2- acetoxybenzoate.
USE: An antirheumatic agent and anti-inflammatory agent excellent in sustaining properties of effects with hardly any side effects such as gastroenteropathy and neophropathy.
PREPARATION: For example, a substituted acetamide compound expressed by formula VII is reacted with a carboxylic acid derivative expressed by formula VIII (A is OH, halogen or active ester residue) to afford the compound expressed by formula I.
