Abstract:
Substituted azolylalkyl phenoxyphenoxyalkanecarboxylates of the formula in which X<1> and X<2> independently of one another represent hydrogen or halogen, R<1>, R<2>, R<3> and R<4> independently of one another represent hydrogen or alkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms and Az represents an optionally substituted azolyl radical, and their acid addition salts, metal salt complexes and quaternary addition salts with alkylating agents, a plurality of processes for their preparation, and their use as herbicides and plant growth regulators. Azolylalkyl haloalkanecarboxylates of the formula in which R<1>, R<2>, R<3>, R<4> and Az have the abovementioned meaning, and Hal represents chlorine or bromine, and their preparation. Compounds of the formula in which X<1>, X<2>, R<1>, R<2>, R<3>, R<4> and Az have the abovementioned meaning, and their preparation.
