EXAMPLE: O-(P-Amylcinnamyl) salicylic acid.

USE: A leulotriene antagonist, phospholipase inhibitor, and 5α-reductase inhibitor.

PREPARATION: For example, a compound shown by the formula II is reacted with a (thiol)phenol derivative or aniline derivative shown by the formula III (Y is O, S, or NR6; R6 is H or R5) in an inert organic solvent at room temperature W80°C, to give a compound shown by the formula I where X is CH2O, CH2S, CH2NG, or CH2NR5.
