Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by formula I [R1 is OH, lower alkyl or lower alkoxy; X is O or S or carbonyl; Y is lower alkylene; R2 and R3 are H or lower alkyl; R4 is H, lower alkoxy or cycloalkyloxy; m and n are O or 1] and an acid addition salt thereof.
EXAMPLE: (Z)-5-Methyl-2-[2-(1-naphthyl)vinyl]-4-piperidinopyridine.
USE: An antiulcer effective for gastric ulcer or duodenal ulcer.
PREPARATION: According to the reaction formula, a compound shown by formula II (X2 is O or S) is reacted with a compound shown by formula III (Z is Cl or Br; Y2 is lower alkyl) in a solvent such as methanol in the presence of a base NaOH or KOH to give a compound shown by formula Ic.
