This device is provided with a carry-in part 2A having a pair of conveyers, a movable part 2B and a carry-out part 2C; and a movable frame 50 of the movable part 2B is movable along a Y axis direction. A drive shaft 35 for driving the conveyer of the carry-in part 2A and a transmission shaft 90 are supported on a base 1, and the drive shaft 35 of the carry-in part 2A and the transmission shaft 90 are driven by a motor 37 placed on the base 1. A transmission belt 91 is attached around a transmission pulley 90c of the transmission shaft 90 and a drive pulley 83 of a drive shaft 86 supported by the movable frame 50. Thus, the drive shaft 86 for driving the conveyor of the movable part 2B is driven. The transmission pulley 90c enables displacement of the drive shaft 86 accompanied by the movement of the movable frame 50, and is coupled by a spline so that rotary drive force of the transmission shaft 90 can be transmitted to the drive shaft 86.
