A reflecting layer 211 having an opening 211a is formed on a substrate 201, and a color filter 212 having color layers 212r, 212g, 212b is formed thereon. A dense color part 212c is formed in the color layer on the opening 211a of the reflecting layer 211, while a pale color part 212d is formed on the reflecting layer 211. A region where no dense color part 212c is disposed is provided on the opening 211a (A), or a region where no pale color part 212d is disposed is provided on the reflecting layer 211 (B).
