Abstract:

PURPOSE: To form a resistor on a substrate of heat resistance crystallized glass in such a way as preventing the occurrence of a crack or the like by adding a temperature sensor made of amorphous glass having the same component as the substrate glass and a resistance oxide to the substrate.

CONSTITUTION: An electromagnetic heating cooker is made of a body 1, an induction heating coal 2, a top plate 3, an outer frame 4 and a temperature sensor 8. The top plate 3 is made of heat resistance crystallized glass and neoceram N-11 is used therefor. The temperature sensor 8 is made of glass and a resistance oxide. This glass is the same heat resistance crystallized glass as the top plate 3.
