To provide a substrate-less double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet employable as a viscoelastic polymer material that permits temporary fixation and is characterized in low holding property (low crosslinking density).

The substrate-less double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet is prepared using a photocurable pressure-sensitive adhesive mainly composed of an alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer, a polar group-containing monomer, a copolymer of an alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer with a polar group-containing monomer, a monomer bearing at least two photoactive functional groups and a photopolymerization initiator, where the weight-average molecular weight of the copolymer of the alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer with the polar group-containing monomer is 200,000-3,000,000; the content of the copolymer is 5-50 pts.wt. of the composition of the photocurable pressure-sensitive adhesive; and the content of the monomer bearing at least two photoactive functional groups is 0.01-0.5 pt.wt. of the composition of the photocurable pressure-sensitive adhesive.
