To provide a substrate material with a coating film on which the coating film with a low absorbance of a visible rays, at the same time, capable of cutting most ultraviolet ray in a wave length range of 300-405 nm, suppressing a generation of yellowish coloring and a bleeding out of an ultraviolet ray absorbing agent and further having a high durability/weatherability.
The coating film 3 is provided with a substrate layer 1 obtained by dispersing the ultraviolet ray absorbing agent in a light translucent resin used as a binder and a coated layer 2 formed by the light translucent resin and laminated on the outside of the substrate layer 1 on a surface of a substrate 4. The light translucent resin used in the substrate layer 1 or the coated layer 2 preferably comprises one having a benzotriazole-based UV-absorbing group in the molecular skeleton, while the ultraviolet ray absorbing agent contained as being dispersed in the substrate layer is preferably at least one selected from benzotriazole-based compounds, hydroxyphenyltriazine-based compounds or also benzotriazole-based compounds containing a chlorine group and tris-resorcinol triazine-based compounds.
