A pressing and lifting jig A has a rotary pick-up 2, a rotary lift 3 provided under the pick-up to be crossed thereby, a press claw 21 provided on the lower surface of at least one side of the rotary pick-up 2 for pressing and fixing an end of a substrate 7, and an arcuate expansion 31 provided on at least one side of the rotary lift 3 for lifting one end of the substrate 7. The jig A is provided at one of sides of a square opening 11 of a jig 1. Pressing jigs 21 each having a claw 41 for pressing, fixing and releasing one end of the substrate 7 by plane rotation are provided at the other 3 sides of the opening. A flat lower surface 32 at the bottom of the arcuate expansion 31 of the rotary lift 3 is formed to be lower than the bottom position of the pressed and fixed substrate 7.
