The layer includes at least two layers containing particles with a mean particle diameter of 0.5-10 μm; the mean particle diameter of the layer existing on the side nearest to the substrate is the largest of the mean particle diameters of the layer containing the particles with the mean particle diameter of 0.5-10 μm; and the layer containing the particles with the mean particle diameter of 0.5-10 μm is provided by being applied onto a continuously carried strip-shaped base by using a sliding type coater for simultaneous multilayer application.
