Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate with a hard coat film which is excellent in anti-blocking property and suppressed in curling.SOLUTION: There is provided a substrate with a hard coat film which is composed of a substrate and a hard coat film formed on the substrate, wherein the hard coat film is composed of (i) metal oxide fine particles(A) clusters(CL), (ii) a matrix component and (iii) a cluster forming agent, and at least a part of the clusters (CL) exists by forming protrusions on the hard coat film surface and have protrusions (H protrusion) having a height of 15 to 200 nm. Further, there is provided a coating liquid for forming a hard coat film which comprises: metal oxide fine particles (A); a matrix-forming component; a cluster forming agent; and a dispersion medium, wherein the metal oxide fine particles (A) have a concentration (C) in the range of 0.025 to 48 wt.% as a solid content, the matrix forming agent has a concentration (C) in the range of 1 to 59.7 wt.% as a solid content, the cluster forming agent has a concentration (C) in the range of 0.0005 to 6 wt.% as a solid content, the total solid concentration is in the range of 1 to 60 wt.% and the metal oxide fine particles (A) form a cluster (CL).
