The subterranean heat utilizing device utilizes a hollow precast pile 1 being a foundation pillar of a structure as a subterranean heat exchange object. It is provided with the hollow precast pile 1 installed in the ground, base concrete 3 being a foundation of the structure placed on pile top parts, a heating medium flowing pipe arrangement 5 with one part inserted in an interior of the hollow precast pile 1 via a passage 4 provided in the base concrete 3, and a circulating pump 8 provided in a midway part or a terminal of the heating medium flowing pipe arrangement 5 to circulate a heating medium. The passage 4 provided in the base concrete 3 is formed by a pipe body 9 installed before concrete placing, and the heating medium flowing pipe arrangement 5 is inserted into the hollow precast pile via the pipe body 9.
