Abstract:
To control output and display of subtitles as character data.SOLUTION: The subtitle correction system includes: an operation unit that detects operation made by a user; a display unit that displays character data with the same layout as the subtitle displayed on the TV screen in a correction area for correcting character data for the subtitle; and a control unit configured so as to, when having detected an output operation of the subtitle on the correction area via the operation unit, output at least part of the character data out of the character data displayed in the correction area as a subtitle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
