Title:
SUCCESSIVELY INJECTION MOLDING INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR TRIM FOR AUTOMOTIVE USING THERMOPLASTIC ELASTOMER LAMINATE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3484840
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate recycling of automobile interior and exterior trims while it is excellent in flow resistance and light in weight by a method wherein it is formed of a skin layer composed of an olefin thermoplastic elastomer composition containing crystalline polyolefin resin, styrene, and isoprene copolymer block, and a base material layer consisting of polypropylene resin.
SOLUTION: (A) 20-85 pts.wt. of crystalline polyolefin resin, (B) (a) copolymer block of styrene or its derivative, and (b) isoprene polymer block or isoprene and butadiene copolymer are contained. They are bonded at 1,2-positions and 3,4-positions to total isoprene unit, and an isoprene unit content is at least 40%. 15-80 pts.wt. of the block copolymer is contained to 100 pts.wt. of total amount of constituents (A) and (B). In that case, hydrogen may be added. The crystalline polyolefin resin (A) is single polymer or copolymer of 2-20C α-olefin.
