In a sucker sticking sheet having a sucker layer on a support, the sucker layer has a flat part 22 and an air passage 23 surrounded by a projecting part 21 composed of a flexible resin. Sucking force of a sucker is attained by a pressure reducing effect by releasing air of a part [a cavity chamber] surrounded by the projecting part 21 for constituting a sucker shape by oppositely pressing down the sucker and an installing object. Thus, when increasing the volume of the cavity chamber, strong sucking force can be obtained. A shape of the projecting part 21 is required to have the flat part 22 at least on the inside, and when a top part is roundish, the top vicinity is easily deformed, so that air in the cavity chamber can be easily released in large quantities to thereby obtain an effective pressure reducing effect to increase holding power.
