A gel ring body 3 is integrally formed with the circumferential edge part 12 of the pressing panel 1 by insertion molding, and comprises a vacuum wall forming part 31 positioned at a lower face of the circumferential edge of the pressing panel 1, a locking part 32 positioned at an upper face of the circumferential edge of the pressing panel 1, and a connecting part 33 filled inside the vertical through-holes 15 for connecting the vacuum wall forming part 31 to the locking part 32.
