PURPOSE: To suck up nonfluid substance such as oily printing ink, grease, brewers' grains effectively until a vessel housing said nonfluid substance is emptied by a mechanism wherein a falling cover is mounted into the vessel, which is hermetically sealed, and a vertical pumping-up pump is connected to a penetrating hole at the center of the falling cover.

CONSTITUTION: An elastic packing 2 is attached around a sliding-possible falling cover 1 substantially fitted into a vessel (a) housing nonfluid substance is an airtight shape, and an exhaust valve 3 and a compressed air feeding pipe 4 are additionally mounted to the cover 1. A penetrating hole 5 is further bored to the falling cover 1, a suction port 6 is connected, and a vertical pumping-up pump 7 is vertically installed to the falling cover 1. The exhaust valve 3 is opened until the cover 1 contacts with content in the vessel (a), and the cover is dropped into the vessel (a). When the exhaust valve 3 is closed and the pump 7 is operated, content in the vessel (a) is sucked up by means of the pump 7, and discharged to the outside. The falling cover 1 continuously lowers in the vessel (a) together with the pump 7 while sucking-up, and compressed air is sent in through the pipe 4 after sucking-up is completed, and the cover 1 is lifted.
