PURPOSE: To surely receive a number of yarns and simultaneously carry them out, in an apparatus having a suction tubular duct which has a number of intake tubes along the entire length thereof to suck the yarns out and eliminate them as waste yarns, by forming each of the intake tubes as an intake small tube.

CONSTITUTION: This suction tubular duct 1 of a cylindrical shape is provided at a free end with a closing valve 5, and coupled at another end to a sucking fan or a negative pressure pump via a waste yarn collecting container. A number of intake small tubes 3 are provided as intake tubes at an outer peripheral wall of this suction tubular duct 1 in its entire length along the identical line. Each of the intake small tubes 3 is provided in a length of 50 to 250 nm with an oblique angle α with respect to the axial line S of the suction tubular duct 1 so that yarns to be guided in the intake small tube 3 can have a movement component along the direction of the suction tubular duct 4 to be generated in the suction tubular duct 1. The inner diameter d of the intake small tube 3 4s formed in the range from 1/4 to 1/25 of the inner diameter D of the suction tubular duct 1.
