To provide a suction cup capable of effectively suppressing vibration and impact transmitted to an article and favorable for improving durability and easiness to handle of the attached article.

The suction cup device 20 is constructed with including a suction cup 22, a shaft shape member 24, a frame 26, an elastic body 28, cushion material 30. The suction cup 20 is attached to a sucked surface 2, and vibration and impact of a vehicle transmitted to the sucked surface 2 are transmitted to a holder 14 and a display 10 through a first route of the suction cup 22, the shaft shape member 24, the elastic body 28, the frame 26 and an attachment part 46, also are transmitted to the holder 14 and the display 10 through a second route of the suction cup 22, the cushion material 30, the frame 26 and the attachment part 46. The vibration and the impact are absorbed and mitigated by the elastic body 28 and the cushion material 30 in either route.
