To improve appearance of a structure for removing a suction cup from a sucking object surface in the suction cup device.
A supporting tool (suction cup device) 10 of an on-vehicle monitor device includes the suction cup 30, and a case 26 put on an outer surface of the suction cup 30. Case side raised parts 26m and 26n are formed on a rear outer peripheral end of the case 26, and finger openings 62 and 64 opened to the outer side are formed on an inner surface side of the case side raised parts 26m and 26n. suction cup side raised parts 30e and 30f are formed on a rear part of an outer peripheral end of the suction cup 30, and the suction cup side raised parts 30e and 30f are arranged in the finger openings 62 and 64. When the supporting tool 10 is attached to the sucking object surface 35, the supporting tool 10 is placed on the sucking object surface 35, and a lock lever 46 is displaced to a close position (lock position). When the supporting tool 10 is removed from the sucking object surface 35, the lock lever 46 is displaced to an open position (unlock position), a finger 68 of one hand is hung on the finger openings 62 and 64, and the rear part of the case 26 is pulled up together with the suction cup side raised parts 30e and 30f.
