To provide a suction cup preferable for increasing suction properties of the suction cup.
The suction cup 22 has a suction surface 32 formed on one surface in a thickness direction and has a back surface 34 formed on another surface in the thickness direction. A concave attachment surface 2210 is formed on a surface of the suction cup 22 positioned in opposite side of the back surface 34, and a gel layer 48 formed out of gel is joined to the attachment surface 2210 to cover the attachment surface 2210. The suction surface 32 is formed in a concave shape on a surface of the gel layer 48. In the gel layer 48 of the suction cup 2, thickness of an outer circumference part 54 which constructs an outer circumference of the suction surface 32 is formed in a larger dimension than thickness of a center part 50 which constructs a center of the suction surface 32.
