Abstract:
To facilitate the recovery of the function degradation due to the invasion of dirts, as well as to provide a stable suction pressure.
This suction device carries out a suction by generating a negative pressure by the variation of the inner capacity of a pump chamber 12 by the reciprocating drive of a diaphragm 10. While a partition wall to partition the diaphragm 10 and the installing parts of suction and discharge valves is provided, a passage hole 14 to communicate the diaphragm 10 side and the installing parts of the suction and discharge valves is provided at the center of the partition wall. When the diaphragm 10 is operated, the gas suction and gas exhaust are carried out from the passage hole 14, observed from the diaphragm 10 side.
