Abstract:
To achieve suction drying method and device capable of improving work efficiency when a treatment is started and completed.
In this suction drying method for components, the plurality of components W are stored in a bottomed cylindrical treatment container 11 which has an upper opening 11a and in which at least part of a bottom part comprises an air-permeable net body, and the treatment container 11 has an inclined posture so that the upper opening 11a faces obliquely upwardly. While the inclined posture is maintained, posture change of the treatment container 11 is performed. The components W are dried by performing suction through the net body.
