Abstract:
The invention provides an adsorption mechanism which can stably adsorb and keeps an adsorption object, an adsorption hand, a conveyance mechanism, a resin molding apparatus, a conveyance method and amanufacturing method for a resin molded article. The adsorption mechanism comprises the components of a supporting part with an inner space, a piston rod which is at least partially inserted into theinner space and can move in an axial direction, an elastic component between the piston rod and the bottom surface of the inner space, and an adsorption pad at the opposite side of the elastic component side of the piston rod. The adsorption mechanism is provided with a flow path for realizing fluid connection of a space which surrounds the body part of the adsorption pad, the adsorption part andthe wall part with the inner space. Before adsorption of the adsorption object, by means of a restoring force of the elastic component, the adsorption part can contact with the adsorption object.
